Editing Prize-Winners and Bestsellers

For many years I was Vice President and Executive Editor at Random House, where I helped many literary writers win prizes and become major bestsellers.

In 2013 I became the first editor to edit the winners of the Pulitzer Prize in fiction and history in the same year. In 2015 I edited the winner of the National Book Award in fiction and the winner of the Pulitzer Prize in biography. I edited books nominated for the 2016 National Book Award in non-fiction and the 2017 PEN/Faulkner Award for fiction. Over the years I edited four Booker Prize nominees, five National Book Critics Circle Award finalist, and more than twenty New York Times bestsellers. At Random House I oversaw the posthumous publications of Truman Capote, Norman Mailer, and WG Sebald. I loved working with literary legends and discovering new voices.
